  16. 1/2 tsp salt
  17. 1 tsp red chili powder
  18. 1 tblsp coriander powder
  19. 4 tblsp plain yogurt
  20. 1 tsp sugar
  21. 1/2 tsp rose water
  22. for Rice
  23. 6 cups water
  24. 2 cinnamon sticks
  25. 6 cloves
  26. 5 green cardamom
  27. 8-10 whole black pepper
  28. 1 tsp white cumin seeds
  29. 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
  30. 1 tsp ghee
  31. 1 tsp ginger
  32. 4 cups basmati rice
  33. 1/2 tsp rose water
  34. 1 tblsp food color
  35. For Garnishing
  36. 1 tblsp ghee
  37. 1 tblsp fresh mint
  38. 1 tblsp fresh coriander

  5. Add rose water and cook for 5 minutes with a lid on.
    Create layers of rice and chicken.
    Sprinkle fried onions and ghee.
    Garnish with fresh mint, coriander leaves, lemon, tomato and green chilli.
  6. Add food coloring and cook for 10 more minutes on low heat with the lid on.
    Ready to Enjoy!
