  5. Bake for 12 minutes until a toothpick inserted right at the center comes out clean.
  6. Take a perchment paper spread some flour on it, this helps the cake not to stick. Flip the cake over.
  7. Remove the perchment paper it was baked with. While still hot,(to avoid cracking) roll the cake and set it aside to cool completely.
  8. Melt chocolate. In a bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks then fold the chocolate in.
  9. Unroll your cake and spread the filling evenly. Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour before serving
  10. Shred some chocolate for garnishing.
  11. Remove cake from fridge dust with cocoa powder and shredded white chocolate. Enjoy!
