  18. 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  19. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  20. 2 tsp vinegar
  21. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  22. Salt as per taste
  23. 2 tbsp oil
  24. 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens

Steps to make to make Chicken chilli

  1. Slice the chicken breast and take them in a mixing bowl, add maida, cornflour, rice flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, sweet chilli sauce, salt, garlic paste and water and mix well & marinade the chicken for atleast an hour.
  2. Then air-dry the chicken in the air fryer, if you do not have the air fryer, you can also grill it.
  3. Now in a wok/pan take oil, switch on the flame, once oil heats up add finely chopped ginger, garlic & chillies sauté this for 20 seconds, then add onions & cook them for another minute, then add capsicum & salt and sauté it for 1 minute, now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and mix well, now add the juice that released from the marination of the chicken(3tbsp) cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally add the chicken toss it well and serve hot. Garnish with spring onion.
